An Abuja based Lebanese lady(34-37yrs) locked up a Nigerian for her inability to pay him an agreed commission,an issue she was guilty of.
An issue of her refusal to pay a commission BTW a Lebanese lady and a Nigerian took a new dimension as officers of Nigerian police chose to upturn justice for their inadequacy and negligence.
The arrest was made without a petition or official record as this was not made available upon request by lawyers of the Nigerian citizen, police official claimed they work on data,we suggest such data be made available b4 a competent court of law.
The Nigerian citizen was in detention for over 9hrs,he was arrested on a Friday evening around 530pm ,an attempt to keep him behind bars for no just course,kudos to well meaning Nigerians who stood for justice secured his bail on Saturday to crash their plans.
The act was carried out by the Nigerian police force,Head of IGP Intelligence Response Team FHQ,IRT,Abuja,Lagos annex ,Ikeja in collaboration with DSS officials,it is pertinent to mention that the DSS official threatened that he(Nigerian) should withdraw the case from court and come to Abuja to meet him for settlement BTW the Nigerian and the Lebanese lady,we hope the official realizes he has stepped out of his official bounds.
Nigerians beware! You are on your own oooo,imagine a foreigner intimidating a Nigerian in his own country, those expected to keep/uphold laws have sold their civil responsible to exercise prejudice.

BTW, that you're a Nigerian doesn't mean you should go against the law and not get punished 'cause a foreigner is involved.

if there was indeed a written agreement to pay this Lebanese a commission then she got what she deserved.... and whether the cheated person is a foreigner or not is irrelevant.

The Lebanese lady was to pay the Nigerian,claims on being a Nigerian was to show identity as no one,I mean no one is above the law of the land
