A housewife in Funtua town of Katsina State has woken from a night’s sleep to find a mysterious 6-inches nail driven into her head.

The incident was made more bizarre by the fact that she did not know when or how it happened to her.

Mrs. Adama Shuaibu was hale and hearty when she reportedly left for her room on Wednesday night, but her neighbours woke up the following morning to meet her looking depressed and unusual.

Apparently, while she slept, some cruel persons had crept into her room and drove the nail into her skull.
Her neighbours were, however thrown into a panic, when they realized that she was a victim of a horrible plot while asleep.

Shuaibu’s case, one of her relations told Saturday Sun, was a mystery.
He swore that they would not rest until the culprits were found and made to face the law.
The mother of the victim, Hajia Hadiza, who was still in shock on Thursday over the incident, however, pointed out that Adama’s co-wife named, Rabi, had been arrested by the police already. She claimed Rabi had been having an endless quarrel with Adama.

Amidst sobs, Hajia Hadiza said whatever her daughter had done, she did not deserve the horror that had befallen her in the hands of the evil doers.
It was learnt that the woman was rushed to Funtua General Hospital but was immediately referred to ABUTH, Zaria, for specialist examination.

It's better to use a saw to gently cut off the piece that's sticking out and level it with the surface of the scalp (leaving it embedded) cos if they try to use a carpenters crowbar to force it out, this woman might die oo!

Doctors know what they use. It appears that she has been psychologically affected by the nail due to the region of impact. What a pity. However, the idea of arresting some woman in the house without evidence, with the investigators considering the possibility that "juju" was used on her. What is that

I used to work with a popular man in Nigeria who airs all this weird stuff on TV and Radio. Believe me, things like this do happen. Africa has a lot of 'jazz' and people who have these powers do use them on thier victims.

I'm sure the person who did this to the woman must have done it in the spiritual realm. when we sleep, alot of things happen. May God continue to protect us.

Thats really horrible of any person doing that to any human. I don't know why this is peculiar to we africans. While the whiteman uses his voodoo for scientific advancement, we use our to destroy ourselves, its a pity.....
