THIS IS THE SITUATION, A COUSIN OF MINE HAS BEEN WORKING WITH ONE OF THE OLD BANKS AS A CONTRACT STAFF FOR THREE YRS NOW, TWICE THE BANK HAS DONE RECRUITMENT WITHOUT CONSIDERING THE CONTRACT STAFF WITHIN THEM DESPITE SOME OF THEM POSSESSING THE REQUIRED CRITERIA WITH EXPERIENCE OF COURSE, MY QUESTION IS DO WE HAVE ANY LAW REGULATING THE USE OF CONTRACT STAFF WHERE THEY CAN ASSUME A PERMANENT POSITION? AND IF NOT WHAT CAN SOMEONE DO COS' THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT ABUSE AND SOMETHING MUST BE DONE COS' THESE PEOPLE LIFES' IS BEING TOY WITH. WAY FOWARD PLS, |
