A war with North Korea and Isreal would be fought in the skies with supersonic jets-which Isreal has more and ICBM-which North Korea hasn't even perfected. Go and read about the six days war of 1967 and the war between Isreal against Egypt, Syria and I think Lebanon then you would understand the might of Isreal.
