Please when I finished downloading the nougat update sent to my phone, it got stucked at 100% and showed nothing like install. I also noticed the file to be in zip format when I checked my file manager. Then it showed error making me waste my precious mb.  Any idea please.?

Update issue on infinix phone is a problem i have waisted almost 3gb on my infinix note 4 just to update still stock at 100% and will be show error or unzip or what ever very useless update pls how can i move app from phone to sd card on infixix note 4 thanks . |
