Look, all these gains are crap. Nigerians want it to be either less or around 200 to celebrate it or just let it continue to rise. The truth is, hope is lost. Nigerians are finding ways to earn foreign exchange now. So the dollar can rise to the heavens.

What Nigeria needs, in order to have a sustainable currency stability, is a floating exchange rate regime where the currency price is set by the Forex market based on supply-and-demand compared with other currencies.

The present fixed exchange rate regime (with the few inefficient tweaks by the CBN), in which the our government plays the significant part in determining the Naira/Dollar rate will come back to hunt this APC government.

From 365 - 362, and people are jubilating? Let it get back to where GEJ left it at 250, and then we'll commend PMB.
