Hello Folks, The right place for this topic is linkedin but for very personal reasons i chose this platform.

I have over 7 years experience working with top Nigerian FMCG and beverage companies.

Recently i was invited to assume a role as Area sales manager of a beverage company with netpay of 350k after tax.
i also got an invite as Head of Credit and Marketing in a leading Financial institution.(not a bank-zero experience, but the MD has this firm belief in my ability) net pay is over 500k with amazing perks trust me.

will you advise me to make this career switch? the first is motivated by passion while the latter by money!

professionals please advise.
