The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is a Nigerian law enforcement agency that investigates financial crimes such as advance fee fraud (419 fraud) and money laundering.

Here are the various ways you can send all kinds of Petitions to EFCC


1. Petitions can be sent to EFCC via email- info@efccnigeria.org OR lodged in person at any EFCC office Near You.

2. Petition should be addressed to The Executive Chairman, EFCC; include name, add & phone number of petitioner.

3. Petition To EFCC should include: Title, an introduction, body of complaints with facts, documents, source of info & conclusion


4. Petition To EFCC should be signed. However, anonymous petitions are also accepted by the EFCC and so treated.

5. Petition To EFCC sent in via email, should receive a corresponding auto-response, else an indication that petition not logged.

6. Petition To EFCC sent via info@efccnigeria.org should include relevant documents attached as soft copies.

Please note: Petition To EFCC is not accepted via our social media platforms, only via email info@efccnigeria.org OR any EFCC breach near You. There's no limit to amount of money involved in a case before it can be acted on; Petition To EFCC is thoroughly evaluated. When Petition is not within its mandate, it's referred to relevant agencies- Customs, NLRC, NDLEA, Police or ICPC.
