Must the Police give so much details? Why tell us the Priest's whereabout and their efforts at combing the Canal?
If that man dies eventually, the Police should be held responsible.
Meanwhile, the rate at which Priests are being kidnapped and murdered these days,is cause for concern.Wish the Priest quick recovery.

imagine the level of carelessness and unprofessional display from the police and media. An attempt was made on someone's life and you people still reveal the exact hospital where he's receiving treatment. Oh! Nigeria my country!

Re: Assassins Disguised As Parishioners Shoot Priest In Lagos by dreamangel: 6:36am On Sep 09, 2017
Priests by nature of their vocation face danger especially those of them that are committed to their call. When certain persons use their power and money to oppress others in their Parishes or hometowns and even families such Priests stand against them. A priest was killed by politicians in his hometown who had divided the people for that reason. A Bishop in Cameroun who was critical of the government was killed and made to look like a suicide but evidence has now clearly pointed to murder.

In times past people did not kill them for that but now wickedness has increased so they are victims. May God's protection be upon them.
