What is Christ Consciousness?

By definition Christ Consciousness is defined as “the highest state of intellectual development and emotional maturity.”

Christ Consciousness is the "goal" that most religions present. It's clarity within the moment, living in the now. It's becoming balanced with all of the universe and knowing who "I" truly is. When you find God in the purest essence (love) and become love, that is Christ Consciousness.

How to attain Christ Consciousness:

Meditation is the most expedient means of attaining any form of higher consciousness.

The second method although a less efficacious path, is contemplation and prayer. This is due the fact that this is still an action of the mind, and so as such is susceptible to distortions of a less unified order. Prayer is a subsidiary of meditation by way of acquiescing to the creator the submissions necessary to receive his grace although it lacks the patience and sacrifice that mediation is.

Thirdly is the path of action, which is the most difficult and in its extreme cases, tends to tread upon the freewill of others and so is always met with opposition and apprehension. While if one can lead a life of benevolence, non-judgment, contentment, universal unity, moderate and detached in food, drink and pleasures of the flesh.

Learning to become devoid of anger, envy, fear, worry, anxiety or pride can be a painful journey if we let life teach us. But know, that these painful experiences are always self inflicted, because there is always available the path to peace and Christ consciousness which is just another term for enlightenment. Putting aside the exclusivity that biblical scribes asserted is fundamental, (while in truth is, it is little more than a form of recruitment & retention through fear.) we can see many other peoples from many other cultures, countries and continents that share in the same beautiful god sent benevolence. Unfortunately the message becomes belittled, when we say in one breath, the unity, peace, joy and love of one infinite creator is omnipresent and for ALL, then in the next, condemn, judge, create systems and enslave (all acts in direct violation with other more evidently divinely imparted wisdoms). There is a purpose for this too, but that's for another.
