To come to the savior yet I can't!

To gaze upon his beauty yet unholiness hinders me

Wish I could crawl to him and cry out my soul

But by the law am a walking soulless corpse

Blinded by my wrong choices 

Life in disarray, chaos in an understatement

History and society is a constant reminder of my trespasses 

Loads of condemnation, I so wish to kiss it out on his feet

Body pierced with sickness blood running like the fountain

Progress halted!

All gloom and sinking doom

Gone pass the joyful bus stop of hopelessness

Sin drives me on

Depression is far behind me now

Could see it from the rear view

In my precarious state yet I dream on about the savior but I wonder:

Who shall I call to? Isnt it obvious that I can't help myself regardless of my effort over and again

If he's truly the savior,sin shouldn't keep him at bay

Is he blind that he can't see me drenched in my call for help?

Is he so rigid that he can't rescue a sinner who loves what he has heard?

Will he open his door seeing that there's nothing praise worthy about me?!

I hope he sees me with his eyes of grace and embrace me with the compassion of mercy

Want to hold your hand as I walk through the valley of self defeating thoughts

I crave to hear the blast of the angels trumpet as you run to me

I wonder if there's any love left for me to scavenge

Wanna be soul tied to you with wreckless abandon

I hope there's a room left for one more sinner

I earnestly desire that we laugh and talk it all over an atmosphere of love and no condemnation

This sinner dream is to be in his Savior's arm of love forever!
