Two Quick Short-Term Methods for Lasting Longer In Bed This Night:

The two most common behavioral therapies for premature ejaculation are the "start-stop technique" and the "squeeze technique".

Mind you, these are not long-term methods. they only help you to enjoy sex a little longer. It can only get better and better as you keep
practicing and getting your partner help you out.

Men (and even couples) agree that these methods do work, but they take away some form of sexual pleasure.

Most couples want to have vigorous, intense sexual intercourse that delivers one or more orgasms for the woman and ends in an explosive orgasm for the man.

So Here are The TWO Methods For Enjoying Longer Sex This Night:

Start-Stop Method:

Probably the most common behavioral therapy for premature ejaculation is the start-stop technique.

The start-stop technique for PE involves the men learning to identify what is often referred to as "mid-level excitement".

The start-stop technique requires the man to stop stimulation (e.g. intercourse) and allows the excitement level to diminish before starting again.

Men are often instructed to begin with self-stimulation. When mid-level excitement is identified and ejaculation is controlled, then the man moves into partner hand stimulation, then to intercourse with minimal movement, and then to stop/start thrusting.

How does it work?

The method is all about learning where your point of no return is – the point shortly before you ejaculate.

Then when you have sex, you stop yourself when you spot the signs that you’re getting close to that point of no return.

As you’ll see in the steps below, you can repeatedly get close to the point, then stop and rest for a while before continuing. Eventually you should find that it takes you longer to reach that point.

The second goal is to develop a better understanding of your arousal levels. That way you can limit how much you do the things that make you come quicker, and do things which are pleasurable, but don’t make you rush to the finish line.

Practicing with your partner presents a more realistic challenge. It also lets them know you’re working on the issue and they might like to feel involved.

There are basically 2 approaches to try:

- Go straight into trying it during sex.
- Practice with manual and MouthAction, mixed in with normal sex on some days.

It’s up to you how you want to do it, but for those who want to start slowly, here are some ideas:

1. If you’re extremely sensitive, start with just hugging and kissing for a few minutes. Then ask your partner to caress your body slowly and sensually.

2. Ask your partner to masturbate you using just her hand. If that makes you ejaculate quickly, then this is the level you need to practice at for a few sessions.

In the same way as you can do this alone, ask her to stop before you reach the point of no return. Practice the start and stop method with her for the agreed time goal before allowing yourself to enjoy an orgasm. And don’t forget to be a generous lover and return the favor!

3. When you’re able to cope with your partner masturbating you, you can move on to MouthAction. Again, you might find that you have to practice this for a few sessions before moving on to sex.

4. When you’ve developed better control during manual and/or oral, it’s time to move on to sex. It might take several weeks of regular practice before you do develop better control, which is fine.

5. You may find that sex is too stimulating, even after having success with manual and oral, so don’t rush in. And make sure you spend lots of time on pre-intimacy first and/or use plenty of lubricant so you don’t feel too much pressure on your penis.

Enter slowly, doing just slow and shallow thrusts at first. If you like, you can remain motionless inside your partner for a minute or two before continuing.

5. When you stop each time, you have a few choices of things to do:

- Stop any thrusting movements – maybe just kiss, caress or handle while you’re resting.
- Pull out and change position, or give them manual or oral for a minute.
- Continue but extremely slowly, maybe with very shallow, teasing thrusts.

7. You may find that it takes several sessions of having sex very slowly before you can cope with faster, harder sex and more exciting positions. Just take things easy, build up and add new challenges little by little

As i stated earlier, this is not something you need time and practice to make this work. Especialy, you need the understanding of your partner so that this can work.

Even though it takes away some form of sexual pleasure, it is worth trying since it can help you last longer. and with consistent practice, you will be able to know your "point-of-no-return" and then you will be able to master it and be able to control that threshold to be able to surpass it.

Squeeze Technique

The squeeze technique is often recommended as a therapy for premature ejaculation.

Just before ejaculation, the shaft of the penis is firmly squeezed between the thumb and forefinger.

The squeezing causes a significant reduction in the erection which prevents quick ejaculation.

Many men claim that the squeeze technique has helped reduce their premature ejaculation.

However, most agree that squeeze technique must be practiced in order to learn the proper timing and squeeze location and pressure.

Some men have their partners participate, actually administering the squeeze technique.

So here are two simple steps to help you make the Squeeze method work perfectly.

STEP ONE – The Technique With an Erection

Ask her to start masturbating you. As soon as you get a full erection, she has to stop and put her fingers in the correct position to squeeze your penis as follows:

She should place her thumb on the frenulum, which is the string-like piece of skin connecting the head of the penis to the foreskin.

The first and second fingers are placed on the opposite side, i.e. the front side of the penis that you see when you look down at it.

They are placed either side of the coronal ridge, which is the ridge of the tip of the penis a few centimeters from the very top, but with the fingers still next to each other either side of the ridge.

Let her squeeze your penis with her fingers in that position for about 4 seconds. She needs to squeeze quite hard, and probably won’t naturally apply the right strength through fear of hurting you.

If that’s the case, you may need to guide her by putting your hand over her fingers and showing her how hard she can squeeze without hurting you.

You may lose between 10 and 30 percent of your erection strength because of the squeeze, which is completely normal. Your partner should then wait 15-30 seconds after releasing the squeeze before starting to stimulate your penis again.

As soon as you get a full erection again, you can repeat the technique. This pattern can be repeated 4-5 times in the first session. When you’ve done this a few times, you can then move on to try it to achieve ejaculation control.

STEP TWO – Practicing Ejaculation Control

Now comes the time to really put the technique to the test. In this stage your partner should masturbate you to the point of nearing orgasm, and then use the squeeze technique as described above. The key is to make sure you do it at the right time, something which isn’t easy to pinpoint.

If you find that you instantly feel like ejaculating when she starts again after each rest, you probably left it too close to the point of ejaculation.

So in future try to stop and do the squeeze a little earlier.

It’s a bit of an art-form getting the timing right, so you’ll have to experiment a little and probably be prepared for a few timing mishaps at first.

The idea is that the technique will buy you time each time you do it and rest, not that you end up painfully hovering around the point of ejaculation.

You can repeat this process either 4 or 5 times, or for a period of 15-20 minutes – whichever comes first. Remember to allow an enjoyable ejaculation and orgasm at the end of the session.

After practicing this technique over 3-4 different days, you can move on and try it with MouthAction. Finally, after 3-4 days of practicing during MouthAction you can attempt ejaculation control with full penetrative sex.

When having full sex, it’s recommended that you use the squeeze technique 2-3 times first during pre-intimacy before having sex and continuing to withdraw and use the technique.

How Often Should You Practice It?

The squeeze technique takes dedication on both you and your partner’s part. It may be then that you only practice the technique once or twice per week whilst continuing to have normal sex on other days.

It’s important to still have a natural sexual relationship whilst practicing this and other techniques. But do continue to practice the technique every week over the coming months. With a little luck and perseverance you’ll see results even in your normal sexual encounters with your partner.

It only takes time, commitment and a little
practice.

And with patient practice, over time you will
be able to master and gain control over your
ejaculation.
