1. Frowning
In Milan, there is a law prohibiting frowning and this law also applies to all visitors. Smiling has been made as a requirement by the city states unless if the person caught frowning is at a funeral or on hospital visits. Defaulters of this law are fined.

2. Chewing Gum
Singapore in 2004 imposed a strict ban on the importation of chewing gums. Not just that, there is also a fine attached to spitting a gum out on the street. Other things banned in Singapore includes litter, spitting, expelling of mucus from the nose and urinating anywhere but in the toilet.

3. Small breasted Porn
In Australia, there is a ban on adult publications and movies which features women with small breasts. This very ban has caused a lot of controversies.

4. Spanking
Sweden in 1979 became the first country in the world to place a ban on any form of physical punishment of children. This means even parents get fined for spanking their own children.

5. Yellow Clothes
The Malaysian government in 2011 placed a ban on the wearing of yellow clothes because the color was used by a group of opposition activists who called for the Malaysian prime minister to resign.

6. Dying in the House of Parliament
In Britain, there is a law that states that it is considered as illegal to die in the Houses of Parliament. Although no one has died in the parliament, for now, no one knows what the likely punishment will be.

7. Ponytails
Iran in 2010 banned ponytails on males. Not just that, they also banned gelled hairs, tattoos, and body modifications because such acts were regarded as un-Islamic.

8.Making a bad Face at a dog
In Oklahoma, people who make a bad face at a dog are likely to either be fined or jailed.

9. Alcohol advertisement
India in the late 1990s placed a ban on the advertisements of all forms of alcoholic beverages. Although many of the companies are still pleading for a lift in the ban the government is yet to consent to it.

10. Photos of the President's House
In 2016, South Africa placed a ban on showing the house of President Zuma. This law prohibited the media from taking pictures of his house.

I don't know why I find most of these prohibitions fantastic....anyway,numbers 5&6 are the most outrageous
