So after filling out the Forged Visa application form. I was asked to contact the Regional global representative in Guinea and here was his reply that I should pay some stipulated amount of money without my documents will not be processed. Among which is the Visa fee of $160 which is supposed to be paid to a designated bank (GT Bank) nation wide into U.S Embassy for a non-immigrant employment visa so as to proceed to the online application and book for interview appointment.

Okay, thanks so far. I received a visa application form from the attorney which I have filled and sent back to the regional representative. But is quite unfortunate that I may not be able to carry on with this whole process. I don't have the money requested by the representative. I am very broke and from a very poor background.
