JOB TITLE: DIRECT SALES AGENT

LOCATION: LEKKI PHASE 1

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a marketing and sales position that will oversee product development and capacity building(external). The role is responsible for planning strategies to grow the business. The successful candidates will be focused on core deliverables such as thrift collection, increasing customer base and coordinating public relations efforts.
He/She would be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, deposit mobilization, and loan origination.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Excellent analytical skills
2. Demonstrated ability to develop, and maintain effective business relationships.
3. Excellent marketing skills.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
1. Minimum OND and or Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Banking and Finance or related discipline
2. Young Male/Female Preferable a female.
