Biafra: What Nnamdi Kanu Is Trying To Do To Buhari – Arewa Youths by Mrrationalshop: 7:04pm On Sep 13, 2017
The northern youths’ group called Arewa Youths, under the aegis of the Northern Youth Coalition, has claimed that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, is trying to destabilize President Muhammadu Buhari’s government before 2019.

The group also urged all Northerners living in any part of Nigeria, to ignore any agitation, as IPOB’s aim is to provoke reactions or reprisal attacks.

Spokesman of the group, AbdulAziz Suleiman, alongside other leaders such as Yarima Shatima and Mastura Sharif gave the statement in Kano on Wednesday, during a press conference at the Nigerian Union of Journalists’ Press Centre.

According to the group, “all the violent activities playing out are well planned to escalate by 2019, and starting from 2018 to prevent a successful conduct of elections and eventually the collapse of this Buhari government and democracy in Nigeria.

“In this situation, it is essential that the north and northerners remain restrained and refuse to be provoked into reprisals which is the ultimate hope of the conflict instigators.

“The agitations and disturbances that have been ongoing ceaselessly since the coming of Buhari/Osibanjo administration are aimed at rendering the country practically ungovernable and ushering in of anarchy and instability, thereby occasioning a change of government by whatever means.

“And the singling out of Buhari for attacks is a tactics to cause inter-regional crisis possibly leading to general unrest.”

Next time when you want to rule a diverse country like nigeria continue to bring your worst tribalists and nepotists like Buhari, Ciroma, Junaid, kwankwaso and other idiots to rule over others and see if thunder won't contine to fire you the way it is firing you now.

If you cannot allow pro-Easterners/pro-southerners like Kanu, Asari and pro-Swesterners like Fasehun, Falae, Odumakin, Gani adams etc to rule this country, then rabidly pro-northern bastards like Dullhari should have no business ruling this country. Keep them in your neck of the woods if you really want peace.

This country must belong to all of us equally or we destroy it totally.

Only a man with no name, no tribe, no religion, no language and culture can rule this country successfully.

speaking from a neutral point of view, both parties are wrong but the utterances of namdi kanu are enough to prove that he is a budding terrorist even though he hasn't done anything close to that yet. The army should stop killing his followers but I'm perfectly okay with having them flogged and forced to swim in the mudcheesy

To Northerners, everything is and has to do with power. They claim they are educationally less developed when it comes to admission, but thesame people are found at the helm of affairs, now tell me how we are expected to move forward...

Yesterday in pleateu state, Fulani killed about 20 people and maimed others cos they found a 16 year old Fulani boy dead in the gutter, but did we hear about it? Has Buhari released any official statement about the incessant Fulani attacks? they are without fear hence their brother is the one in charge, so blame Buhari for anything that happens in Nigeria cos of his division and tribalistic tendencies..

A news report came up that over 5 million people in the IDP camps up north are in dire need of food, yet Buhari used scarce resources to deploy troops to SE, speaks volumes about his priority.. I cover my face in shame for zombies who support him.

NNAMDI KANU HAS GIVEN ME REASONS TO SAY "THANK YOU PRESIDENT BUHARI"
Written by Akintunde Adeyemo (USA).
You can't send police officers to quench a quasi-military camp, which is maintained by Nnamdi Kanu, who has aggressively vowed to tear apart a sovereign nation, Nigeria. Kanu made a serious mistake by parading a ragtag army; especially when you have a former General as the president, that was disrespectful.
I lived in Nigeria for more than two decades, Nigerian soldiers don't like to be disrespected; in fact, from working with soldiers in the United States (Michigan National Guard, Joint Forces Headquarters), I can tell you that, generally, soldiers don't like to be disrespected.
If someone, a civilian for that matter, maintains and parades militants (wearing a military uniform), he should not expect the government to roll in with police officers and patrol vans; he should reasonably expect army tanks.
Pursuant to the 1949 Geneva Conventions Article 3, your status changes once you start wearing an army uniform, for you have become an enemy combatant: A recognized army (the Nigerian Army, in this case) can use force to neutralize you and your fellow militants.
Let’s gaze into history here: When the 1791 "Whiskey Rebellion" happened in the United States, spearheaded by some civilians, President George Washington did not send in police officers, he brought in military tanks to quench the rebellion.
In the United States, when violence escalates, a governor, pursuant to Title 32 of the United States Code, can summon the army and their tanks to the street (didn’t you watch CNN at the height of the “Black Lives Matter movement;” didn’t you see numerous armoured personnel carrier (APC) on the street)?
Let's stop pretentiously invoking the violation of the rule of law, especially if you don't understand the rule of law and the rule of engagement. A military incursion, or rolling of tanks, into a street, in order to clear the illusion of outlaws, like Nnamdi and his cohorts, is not a violation of the rule of law, but an enforcement of the rule of law.
If Kanu is scared of a small deployment of soldiers, will he chicken out when battalions are deployed? To his supporters, we told you this: secession is not won on Facebook. Continue arguing about the violation of the rule. Listen, when hostility begins, the rule of law is suspended or amended. I hope we won't get there. Start listening.
Please, feel free to share!
