Crestrade Nigeria Limited was incorporated on the 11th day of January, 1994 under the Corporate Affairs Commission laws of federal republic of Nigeria with Rc237764 in modest terms is into Construction, Infrastructure and Real Estate Development business.

The Company have a decent market share and effective demand for their services. The company is embarking on a market expansion drive. Recently, they have successfully acquired site for Stockpiling and Sale of Sharp Sand, and completion of dredge lease agreement with Bay Dredge Limited and now seek an Angel Investor in the form of a Temporary Venture Capitalist (TVC).

This investment will be received in the form of fuel and lubricant supplies and dredge lease payments will be made monthly. The investment will however span 12 calendar months.

The investment project will require an investment of Twenty five Million Naira (N25,000,000.00).

The company will advise as regards where and how fuel and lubricant will be procured at the cheapest possible price and the difference will be appropriated by both parties in a mutually agreed sharing formula.

A detailed analysis of the projections and execution plan with an insight into the ROI will be provided the identified and selected investor.

We wish to emphasise that the company seeks a long term investor and not just a Supplier. This is a long term project. The risk potential is very low. The return on investment is not super high but it is reasonable, competitive and consistent.
