But in ur case many factors are to be considered
1.ur method of masturbating;which might have affected (thicken)the skin tissues around ur organ which might lead to less sensitivity
2.thou u might not have mentioned it but taking sex enhancement drugs can reduce the sensitivity around ur organ.
3.masturbating comes with both physical and psychological effects,so in other words ur problem might just be psychological.

So my best advice is to talk to ur partner about it,
not about ur addiction but about ur lack of sensitivity down there.
At least by doing so u will get to a comfort zone where ur mind will be at ease. (psychological problem solved)
