Help ! NIPOST by dotcomnamename: 3:04pm On Sep 19, 2017
Someone sent package to me from Nigeria by NIPOST Registered Post since on 22 August 2017, i am yet to receive it.

The one the same person sent to me after then which was on 25 August 2017 and i received it.

Whenever i track it all i can see onroute, coupled with the fact that the nipost tracking link is not even working except globaltracktrace (dot) com

This is going to a month now and i have been trying to reach nipost in Nigeria but they don't pick their call. I sent email with documentary evidence attached but they never respond. What do you think going on?

Thanks for your reply, i have already done all that. I mean i have sent complaint to: customerservice@nipost.gov.ng , pmg@nipost.gov.ng , and info@nipost.gov.ng. The last email info@nipost.gov.ng bounced back but the first two went through. I sent it since on 11th September 2017, i also sent a reminder on 21 September 2017. I still haven’t received a response. They never pick call. Its really frustrating bro. Any suggestion?
