How do i check my MTN Postpaid balance account. my brother did the whole registration for me with credit worth of 15 thousand naira. The issue is i have been using it for over a month now making business and long calls. i learnt that mtn can allow you to make calls for upto 5k even if your credit is finished, and when you reload they will deduct it. now this is the part i dont want! Let me load my money and use it i dont want there credit.

Wheneva I dialed *558# it doesnt work and I tried all the customer care lines none is working. I might end up going to their office but please if there's anyone here that can help me out i will appreciate.

thats the reason you were sent to school so that you can make informed choices, if you don't want credit then buy a prepaid line simple.

And for you to think the only advantage of postpaid line is the airtime they will give you as credit when you exhaust your money?
