good day sir, my friend had an accident and broke her leg and she is to be on d hospital bed 8weeks. She jst received the text for device collection. How would she go about it been that she isnt allowed to move? Can someone collect for her? Thanks for your response.

No one in surulere, Lagos state batch A has collected his/her device. The set of people that went to MTN centre at Allen avenue were told their devices were not in any MTN centre in Lagos. I am also affected and would really appreciate it if this issue is looked into by Npowerng
