this is the worst I have experienced since mtn caller tune fraud.
I was subcribed to the same service 3times within 2 days. no services were rendered. the only message I received was notification for money deducted.
it seems some entity of 419 have planted themselves within Airtel.
at least with the MTN caller tune I had caller tune on my phone. but this one is just plain stealing.
I never asked for any service.
my money was deducted 3times for services not rendered.
even after calling the customer care to deactivate the service I still got subscribed again.

I asked to be refunded. the customer care agent said he couldn't refund my money

Na becos money plenty for ur sim card.

When i load on my airtel sim, i use it ASAP to avoid all this their yeye deductions.

Ouuuuch, this was similar to my experience last week. I had to contact their whatsapp customer care on 07010000119 and got issue resolved sharp sharp. Funny enof eh, i later realised some of dis things were activated when i clicked on some kind pop ups when browsing. Just contact them on that number and thank me later. Enjoy!!
