A Microfinance Bank located in Onitsha south LGA, Anambra State is looking for qualified persons to fill the following positions:

A.  General Manager/CEO
    Qualified candidates  must be practicing bankers and holders of FIRST DEGREE IN BANKING AND FINANCE OR ACCOUNTANCY with at least 8 years banking experience without any previous record of misconduct. Qualified candidates should preferably be married and should be between 35 and 50 years of age and of good health and possess excellent numerativ, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and work with subordinate staff will be required. Accosiate membership of Nigerian Intitute of Bankers or ICAN will be an advantage.
Duties:
 1. To assess, develop, implement and cordinate the day to day administration of te bank in compliance with the CBN applicable regulations;
 2. Ensuring appropriate system of internal controls pertaining to all aspects of banking operatios;
 3. Implementing faithfully all directives of Board of Directors of the Bank;
 4. providing timely, accurate accounting and financial reports to the Board and CBN as and when due;
 5. Provide sound leadership to the entire staff of the bank;
6.  excellent computer skills will be required;

SALARY

B.MARKETING OFFICER:  Qualified candidates must be holders of Bachelors Degree or HND in Marketing with at last 3 years of post qualification cognate experience in a reputabl organisation
C. IT OFFICER: HND with 2 years post qualification cognate experience.
Candidates for B and C must be persons who enjoy good health, possess numerative and good communication skills. Must be team player and possess ability to lead and motivate lowr cadre staff positively.
