A Biafran named Bright Echefu is the Managing Director/CEO of TSTV but TSTV in turn is owned by some company owner from ABS. Full name Asia Broadcast Satellite owned by a Bermuda-based operator of communication satellites. They also have a sort of joint venture with owner of Kwese TV, who as the majority share in Econet. Some gang up against DSTV you'd say.
