I don't even know where to start, all i know is that I need help now before things get out of hand cos this is killing me slowly.
This is my second time trying to have sex with my new girlfriend but after the initial erection and when about entering her it will fall. I attributed the first to anxiety because that was the first time of it happening to me but i don't know what to call this second one. Take your mind off sex, engage in very rigorous physical exercise, at least 30mins per day and achieve 150mins in a week.

Also eat well, watermelon, chili pepper, and other fruits won't be bad.

Do not drug yourself cos it might have adverse long term effects on you.
