Its very clear that the launch of TSTV will be frustrated by either one of the following group.

1) A senator or an elected government in high post who owns shares in the competitor company like DSTV or startimes.

2) one or more director in NBC that want to sit on the board.

3) telecoms who feel threatened that they will be out of business if they are allowed.

4) competitors like DSTV who don't want them to operate.

In whatever case the company will not survive any of these group. even if the seek redress at any nigerian court no matter thet level of the court.

WHAT CAN BE DONE.

if anyone can supply document showing the corruption done by any of this group or video or any increminating document that are valid.

we can package a class action and report them to the United State Department of Justice. the americans have a law that curb foreign corruption.
