We have vacancy for a General Manager in Port Harcourt, Rivers State

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Facilitate the achievement of corporate goals and objectives.
2. Management of policies, procedures & risk to ensure business continuity.
3. Coordinate and ensure the integration of corporate strategy
4. Oversee the management of financial resources of the organization.
5. To identify and evaluate business expansion opportunities and ensure the development of such plans to harness opportunities.
6. Monitor and stay abreast of industry, local and global developments/trends.
7. Monitor and ensure the timely implementation of Board and shareholder decisions
8. Ensure all relevant Nigerian laws and by-laws are followed etc.

REQUIRED:
i. In-depth understanding of the Oil and Gas Servicing industry.
ii. Excellent knowledge of applicable local regulations guiding Oil & Gas operations in Nigeria.
iii. Excellent financial and commercial knowledge
iv. Experience managing a growing business
v. Knowledge of the Nigerian economic environment
vi. Ability to think strategically and approach issues from a holistic perspective.
vii. Appreciation of leading practices and trends in risk management
viii. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
ix. Ability to multitask and open to positive disruption
x. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
xi. Excellent facilitation skills.
xii. Excellent leadership skills.
xiii. Degree in Engineering or related discipline. An MBA or MSc is desirable
xiv. Applicable certifications (COREN etc.)
xv. 15 years cognate work experience in the Oil & Gas sector
