Has the wanton brandishing of the Ak-47 by various security operatives improved the security of the common man?

Please nobody should rant here about the officer in the picture being on "undercover" duty or on "special" assignment.

The flagrant disregard for utmost professionalism - in conduct, appearance and countenance - obtainable in the rank and file of the Nigeria Police Force is appalling!

Can a Civil Defence officer be dressed this way and carry arms?

Can a Soldier be dressed like this and carry arms?

The NPF needs a total overhaul.

One things Nigerians have failed to understand is that most Nigerian policemen work for themselves , they determine what kind of clothing to wear and where to work , I have seen a policeman who even posted himself from Taraba to Lagos and nobody detected .. so any time the police HQ says they have banned SARS I just laugh because it's either they don't understand the level of rot and disconnect in the NPF or they are just mocking Nigerians ... The only reason Nigerian Police men even report to station these days is just to go and collect rifle , soon they will start buying their own rifles and be fully independent from any sstation

He should be summoned and fired asap!
