Looking up some pictures of countries and their independence celebrations, i saw patrotism, i saw love, i saw true joy, i saw colours and i wished to see my country with such love

Then i thought to myself to put up something similar with my country, i searched the internet and nothing could not even match, but nothing moved me, i found out i was loosing even my smile which i got from previous pictures of nations celebrating.

We need to get back to the drawing boards asap..
We even celebrate protest much more than we celebrate our nation

The subsidy protest was mammoth with unity.
The biafra agitation was in millions with poise.
The 1960 independence was awesome with hope.
The one Nigeria protest was even better than our own independence.
And our independence celebration was! dont even bother.

It's true sha, other countries you see true patriotism by citizens with colors and passion irrespective of where they are

In Nigeria all you see are rented crowd, government SUV with security everywhere and pictures of politicians on stage spewing out rubbish they won't even remember the next day

No matter what they say nigeria is blessed better than European Union, better than USA...most of the lots killing nigeria with their rotten egg mouth dont know the meaning of blessing, I have one advice for them please if Nigeria is not working for you try Venezuela,Somalia, South Sudan,Syria need workers to rebuild their country even China, and you will discover that there is no place like home.
