Please can any regular subscriber of Glo 4G data service share his/her experience here? I subscribe to the normal data but the service has not been very impressive and recently, I heard that the 4G service is better.

Can anyone here help me confirm if Glo 4G data service is better than their regular internet service?

Glo data now works on both 3/4 services irrespective of what plan you subscribe to unlike before..

Also, for me, I solely depend on Glo data for Internet because :

1. It is cheaper than others
2. It does not zap like mtn/airtel and co 3gig is 3gig in glo
3. It serves me very well here..

The only downside of glo is during rainfall which is manageable for me...

For one to enjoy glo 4g, you need 4g enabled devices which carries band 700(28) which is not common among phones/mifi.

Thanks for your comment. I also use Glo data but the funniest thing is, its network is a bit okay where I live but very poor where I work which makes difficult in most instances to finish whatever data I subscribe to.

It was recently someone told me that the 4G network is better if one uses a 4G enabled device. So based on this, I intend giving it a trial but want to hear from other people's experience on the network so far. Their cheap data tariff is a big incentive that keeps on drawing me to them considering the fact that I consume data a lot.

Very impressive speed here and is very consistent here in Abuja. I must say, the 4G worth it

Just get a glo mifi and forget about 4g or not

the 4G is awesome but preferably you get a mifi because your phone go hot tire.. check for a mifi with long battery life

Glo network is getting better on my phone these days sha. browsing is slightly better. hope they don't do like NEPA who takes light immediately you start hailing them...

Just get a band 28 enabled mifi and fforget about testing or giving it a trial. D 4g is beyond trial, na him go try u sef.

If you can afford it, buy a universal mifi ZTE MF910/E5573s-606 that works with vertually all Nigeria 4G services which is about 18k from AliExpress and use 8k sub 40gig instead of that crap they are selling so expensive.
