The former governor of Delta State Emmanuel Oduaghan on october 1st as Nigeria independence day storm Umeh in Delta state for their annual carnival.

The Umeh annual carnival is billed for 1st October every year and this year event receives the presence of the former governor of delta state. below are some pictures from the event as Emmanuel Oduaghan is pictured harvesting plantain.

I must say he's really a good agricultural man from the way he handled the cutlass..
