Any WWE fans here?
I'm yet to see any thread on WWE on nairaland. For those of you who are not wrestling fans, hmmmm, you're missing out. As for the WWE fans on this forum who have not been keeping track of the action in the wrestling world, worry no more, as I've taken the liberty to keep you updated on the fun and excitement that happened Monday night.
First fight was:
Braun Strowman vs. Seth Rollins
We go to the ring and out first comes RAW Tag Team Champion Seth Rollins.
Braun Strowman is out next.
They meet in the middle of the ring as the bell rings. The ring ropes are pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Rollins attacks first but Braun overpowers. Rollins comes right back with offense but Braun runs right over him. Rollins ends up pissing Braun off and making him chase him around the ring. Rollins comes back in and looks to take control, blocking a chokeslam but Braun lifts him up and drives him face first into the mat.
Braun keeps control and uses the middle rope. Fans chant for Rollins as he looks for a comeback. Rollins goes to the top but Braun slams him to the mat. Braun keeps Rollins grounded with a chinlock now.
Rollins breaks free with a jawbreaker and dumps Braun over the top rope. Braun lands on his feet and runs back but Rollins boots him. Rollins runs the ropes for a suicide dive but Braun decks him and Rollins falls out of the ring, hitting the floor. We go to commercial.
Back from the break and Braun catches Rollins in a big fall-away slam. Rollins ends up on the floor and Braun follows, keeping up the attack around ringside. Braun scoops Rollins for a shot into the ring post but Rollins slides out and sends Braun into the post but he still doesn't go down. Rollins goes in the ring and runs the ropes for a suicide dive but Braun is still standing. Rollins goes back into the ring and hits another dive, sending Braun into the barrier and knocking him down.
Rollins brings it back into the ring and springboards in with a big shot but Braun is still up, stumbling around. Rollins springboards in again but Braun is still up. Rollins goes to the top and nails a Blockbuster for a 1 count. Rollins with a superkick that brings Braun down to one knee. Rollins with another kick to the face. Braun counters a move and levels Rollins with a clothesline.
Braun scoops Rollins for the running powerslam and the pin.
Winner: Braun Strowman
- After the match, Braun stands tall as his music hits. We come back from a replay and Braun scoops Rollins for another powerslam and leaves him laying. Braun leaves the ring but stops and comes back for more punishment. The music hits and out comes RAW Tag Team Champion Dean Ambrose. Ambrose launches himself at Braun but Braun brings it into the ring. Ambrose gets the upperhand and unloads. Ambrose goes to the second rope but Braun catches him in mid-air and delivers a chokeslam. Braun with a second chokeslam. Braun scoops Ambrose and nails a running powerslam. Braun leaves the ring with Rollins and Ambrose down on the mat. The referee checks on Ambrose as Braun marches to the back. Sheamus and Cesaro come down to the ring next as Rollins is trying to get up with his back turned to them. Sheamus grabs Ambrose and Cesaro plants him with a Neutralizer. Rollins crawls over but takes a Brogue Kick for his troubles. The Bar stands tall as the music hits and they pose over the champions.

Fight #2
Elias v Titus O'Neill
Elias trashed Denver before breaking out into song. Titus O'Neil's arrival cut the performance short.
The powerful babyface had Elias on the run. Outside the ring, the crooner pushed Apollo Crews. Elias moved on to finish O'Neil with Drift Away.
Result
Elias wins via pinfall.

Mickie James v Nia Jax
Backstage, Mickie James discovered someone left her gag gifts, inspiring Alicia Fox and Emma to snicker at her. She went on the hunt for Alexa Bliss, who told her she could face Nia Jax rather than her.
Bliss watched on from ringside as Jax clobbered James.
After getting pushed around, James battled back. The heel, though, managed to ground her foe, keeping the pace slow.
James briefly gained the edge, but Bliss jumped in to end the bout early. Outside, the veteran kicked Bliss to the floor.
Raw general manager Kurt Angle later gave James a championship match against Bliss at TLC.
Result
James wins via disqualification.

fight #4
Matt Hardy and Jason Jordan v Anderson and gallows

Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows couldn't keep Matt Hardy in their corner at first. They didn't have much better luck battling Jason Jordan.
Eventually, the heels overwhelmed Hardy and took turns pounding on him. The Club remained in control as they worked on Jordan's arm.
After withstanding a flurry from the babyfaces, Anderson and Gallows hit the Magic Killer to pin Hardy.
Result
Anderson and Gallows win via pinfall.

The Miz vs. Roman Reigns (Intercontinental Championship)

An intense Reigns took out Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel right away. He chased down the heels with a steel chair in hand. After smashing The Miz's cronies, The Big Dog focused on the intercontinental champion.
The Miz withstood Reigns' early momentum and nearly scored a cheap count-out win.
The champ managed to keep the challenger grounded. At least for a solid stretch. Reigns started to charge back, but Cesaro and Sheamus ran in and mauled him.
Result
Reigns wins via disqualification. The Miz retains the title as a result.
Memorable Moments and Quotes
The Miztourage enters through the crowd a la The Shield.
Reigns throws Dallas into the ring steps and clotheslines Axel over the security barricade.
Reigns kicks out of the Skull-Crushing Finale.
The Miz, Cesaro and Sheamus hit Reigns with a Shield-style triple powerbomb.

Finn Balor Calls Out Bray Wyatt

Finn Balor came out to the ring to talk about his rival. He urged Bray Wyatt to come out and fight him.
Wyatt appeared on the big screen. He told the Irishman that Sister Abigail wanted to meet him. The Eater of Worlds then seemed to morph into something out of a horror movie.

"If Bray Wyatt had the whole world in his hands, he wouldn't know what to do with it."—Balor.
Wyatt seems to transform into a ghostly creature

Bayley and Sasha Banks vs. Emma and Alicia Fox

Sasha Banks goofed around as she dominated Emma. She and Bayley had the Aussie in trouble from the get-go.
Alicia Fox and Emma managed to seize the advantage, double-teaming The Boss. Banks bled from the mouth as she tried to battle back.
Bayley eventually charged in and knocked the heels around.
Emma refused to tag back in. That left Fox alone to suffer a Bayley-to-Belly Suplex.
Result
Banks and Bayley win via pinfall.
Memorable Moments and Quotes
"It's one thing to impress on Instagram. It's another thing to do it on Monday Night Raw."—Graves.
Banks and Fox slug it out, each throwing wild strikes.

In the locker room, Roman Reigns is sitting clutching his midsection and coughing in pain when Dean Ambrose rolls up. Roman gets to his feet and they share a wordless moment as Seth Rollins comes in on the other side. They nod and have a moment before leaving the Big Dog.

There is a WWE thread on TV/MOVIES section on nairaland which has been existing for a long time now and your update will be highly appreciated there. Besides there are a lot of WWE fans who are also giving out update over there.
