Good evening health practitioners, please, for some time now, I have been experiencing constipation, despite taking more fluids, the thing still persist. Consequently, having a bowel movement has become a thing of nightmare for me as my stool is always hard despite the increase water intake. Also, I feel immerse pain in my anus, hours after successfully removing the waste from my anus. Did I mention that I now have a little tail around my anus now? Oh yes I do and it's been there for months without any sign of it going inside. Please I need advice and suggestions from health practitioners in this forum and those who have successfully combatted this medical condition

wetin u mean by tail?

pls start eating food filled with veggies and fibre that's all.veggies like ugu will help soften ur stolen and also provide bulk so it doesn't stay long in your body.
Also target taking up to 3l of water everyday(2 big Eva bottles ) and stay away from BREAD!

Have you sought medical advice physically? Are you using laxatives? Are you eating high fibre diet? Do you exercise regularly? Do you relax your area in warm water after passing? Do you avoid dehydration? Do you usually pass stool immediately you feel the urge?

Please seek medical advice and avoid bowel obstruction..........

Yes,I have suffered it after childbirth and as soon as I made diet changes courtesy of my doc, it stopped.
Start trying it and make sure every morning you take water first thing and go to the toioet .You might rub honey or scent leaf extract into the anus to heal the fissure.
