GROUP HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCE

POSITION: GROUP HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCE:
 Qualification: HND/BSc /MBA.
 Experience: ( a minimum of 10 years cognate working experience with at least 4 at managerial level and in similar capacity)
 Ability to head a team with about 1,000 staff
 Membership of a professional body will be an added advantage.
 Gender: Preferably Females Only ( 35 years & above, )
 Must be Married

ATTRIBUTES:
• Must be very confident and proactive.
• Must have Excellent Communication/Interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate
• Must be very hardworking with good presentation skills.
• Must be conversant with Nigeria labours laws
• Overall expertise in HR Management & Policy
