I thought the NBS said Nigeria has exited recession? So why has MTN ‘restructured’ and reduced her major monthly data plans. Recall few months back, MTN increased the price of GoodyBag bundles and its Share n’ Sell fee. Now, things has gone from fry pan to fire with the latest reduction of the best-selling ₦1000 and ₦2000 monthly data plan.

According to an SMS received by the telco gaint, this monthly data bundle reduction will be effective from 7th of October, but as of the time of this publication (5th), the change has already reflected on our side.
