Madonna university Pharmacy student who found out how to reduce or increase blood pressure with ordinary food we eat every day. he also said that most of the sickness we suffer from are sickness that our ancient fathers use natural food to maintain or cure using natural processes.

one beans like food usually seen in Nsukka Enugu state which is called ijiriji(indigenous name) reduce High BP
caution:it shouldn't be taken in very large quantity to avoid ur blood pressure getting low

u can get it in Nsuka park or around Nsukka
it is already prepared by them because they sell them on daily bases as ordinary food without knowing the content and what it can do
it's (fried)like groundout white in color
