Gonorrhea, also spelled gonorrhoea, is a sexually transmitted infection(STI) caused by the bacterium known as Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Many people have no symptoms. Men may have burning with urination, discharge from the penis, or testicular pain. Women may have burning with urination, vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding between periods, or pelvic pain. Complications in women include pelvic inflammatory disease and in men include inflammation of the epididymis. If untreated, gonorrhea can spread to joints or heart valves.
Gonorrhea is spread through sexual contact with an infected person. This includes oral, anal, and vaginal sex. It can also spread from a mother to a child during birth. Diagnosis is by testing the urine, urethra in males, or cervix in females. - Wikipedia.

Gonorrhea is reported to, at times, have a smelly odour from infected person through the pubic region. The smell usually is very offensive. In males, it can be painful while urinating that dude will almost want to cry. Other times, craw craw takes place.

How to prevent it.

1. Use contraceptives. Condoms can be helpful at times but actually, not all times. You know, in Nigeria, the quantity of fake item are in abundance. When you have sexual relations with an affected person, the chances (even using condom) are 60%. However, the correct use of an original condom can go as must as 90% preventive.

2. One partner. Always have it with a person. This, way, you are sure you are the only farmer cultivating the field.

3. Avoid sex totally. This is sure banker. No sex, no gonorrhea.

How to cure.

4. Use tetracycline, Azithromycin or Doxycycline. Please note, these drugs must be used on a doctor's guidance depending on how chronic the infection has grown.

5. Better still, use pencillin. Pencillin is go go.
