A tanker reportedly carrying about 40,000 liters of fell along the way in Adim community in Biase LGA, Cross River State. Speaking with an eyewitness, who said that the residents of the community wasted no time in rushing out with their galloons, funnels and rubbers to scoop fuel from the tanker.
