It takes a very long time for one to obtain citizenship . To get a resident permit you hve to be livingin the country for a while and be able to prove it.

check with the Nigerian immigration service or get your wife a passport through the back door.

Of course we all know you need the information for shady purposes, assuming there really is a wife.

given Nigeria's track record in the field of oluwole, green card marriage, hooking up with every anti-establishment person in the world,  its safe to hazard a wild guess here about the OP's intentions. I'm sure he's up to no good.

Not to mention his type hijacks the travel section on a regular basis.

i advised him to go through the back door because that's probably what he's going to do anyway.
