OVERVIEW
KAI Consulting is a strategy company focused on business, human capital development and nation building. KAI Consulting uses creative dexterity to find solutions to business development, brand management, digital marketing, content development, publishing and human resource development nightmares.

The Assistant Manager, Marketing and Brand Experience at KAI Consulting will be responsible for brand management, Marketing Communications, market research, sales management, product development, distribution channel management, pricing, and customer service. The AMMBE is a member of the company’s Strategy and Business Development Team and reports to the Lead Consultant, Strategy and Business Development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing and Brand Experience Assistant Manager’s responsibilities and essential job functions include, but not limited to:

Analytical Tasks

Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives.
Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services.
Creative Tasks

Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact within brand guidelines
Generating and executing digitals marketing campaigns, including web/social media and evaluating such campaigns using data based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format.
Interpersonal Tasks

Sourcing advertising opportunities in the press and events.
assessing how KAI Consulting’s sales, marketing, and service departments work together to deliver seamless customer service.
Fostering customer loyalty through high-quality interactions.
Establishing, developing, maintaining and optimising long-term mutually valuable relationships between KAI Consulting and her clients.


REQUIREMENTS

Academic/Professional Qualifications

First Degree in Management /Social Sciences, especially Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Sociology and Psychology.
A postgraduate qualification in business management will be added advantage.
Person Qualities

Orientation toward process/systems, speed, cost, quality and creating customer value and results.
Ability to motivate and manage high performance cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and numeracy skills
Ability to juggle different priorities, handle pressure with limited resources and meet deadlines
Awareness of current affairs and passion for finding out new information.
Influencing and negotiation skills
Creativity, initiative, drive and attention to details
Excellent organisation, scheduling and planning skills.
IT Skills

Good knowledge of basic computer software applications
Ability to use the internet and relevant digital channels including the social media


EXPERIENCE

Experience managing third party contractors from proposal generation through successful execution.
Consistent track record for meeting and exceeding objectives.
Experience in sales, customer service or public relations will be an added advantage.
