No ... I used baby spinach .. the leaves are quite small compared to the matured one
So I prefer using it straight without chopping

Also heard u loose VitaminE when u chop and over boil ... don’t know how true o ..
when I make Ogbomosho soup I normally chop the guy finely ...
Thats cool.. Am impressed..
Which country are you in

Lalas247:
Hi All
Well the few people who know me know I love food .... Infact Nigerian food to be precise
I get asked a lot do you eat Nigerian dishes abroad? the answer is YES we do

I prepared this using;
Egusi powder (melon seed)
Crayfish
Smoked mackerel
Spinach
Meat ( lamb ) or (Beef)
Palm oil
Seasoning ( Maggie cube , all purpose seasoning )
Chilliest or scotch bonnet
Onions

That’s is , The ingredients can be bought locally in any cash and carry shop owned by Asians ( Pakistan or Bengali) they mostly stock all Nigerian products ....

Now to pond some yam cheesy

I don't understand why you will be stressing yourself to cook Naija food when you can just order in London

You stuffed it up too much o. All those flesh in one pot? grin

Based on preparations, 25mins is enough to get it done, provided all other ingredients are ready. But like your own, an hour or two. boiling stock fish, meat and frying fish, etc. I give 2hrs.

Guys cook this better these days. twale to every guy that girls initially look down on as a bad cook based on appearances.... Until we shock una!!!
