Why do you lie like this? It is a lie that population of atheists is falling

1) Since we are talking about Trump's America- POPULATION OF ATHEISTS IN AMERICA GROWING BACKED BY STUDIES-

The share of Americans who identify as atheists has roughly doubled in the past several years. Pew Research Center’s 2014 Religious Landscape Study found that 3.1% of American adults say they are atheists when asked about their religious identity, up from 1.6% in a similarly large survey in 2007
http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2016/06/01/10-facts-about-atheists/

2) By the same Pew research, the global number of atheists will grow by 0.03 billion (30 million) in 2060.
www.nairaland.com/attachments/6098151_growthofatheists_png2e23c7436454ae3b73599e62b6b406a4

After, they will say that atheists copy and paste, whereas you copied and pasted fake news from kingebukasblog and butterflyl1on

Is America the global source for atheist ranking? Is America now the source for testing world atheist population?

Why are you always this dumb?

Please I am allergic to dumb people. Stop mentioning me whenever you make your monotonous dumb comments. They make me nauseous.

Guy, are you dull or what?

We were talking about Trump and American atheists and so, I gave statistics on American atheists

Then I also gave statistics on global numbers of atheists.

First of all when you make research always look at the whole context.

You simply look at the surface which shows your dumbness.

Read the page and focus on points1, 4 and 6 out of the 10 points.

I literally copied and pasted point 1 which supports my point that atheism is growing. You are now saying that I should focus on point one. Are you trolling or just dumb?

And how do points 4 and 6 change the fact that atheism is growing in the USA? Are you trolling or just dumb??

Jumbo Dumbo help your ignorance and dumbness sometimes.

This is from before point 1

Estimating the number of atheists in the U.S. is complicated. Some adults who describe themselves as atheists also say they believe in God or a universal spirit. At the same time, some people who identify with a religion (e.g., say they are Protestant, Catholic or Jewish) also say they do not believe in God.

But one thing is for sure: Along with the rise of religiously unaffiliated Americans (many of whom believe in God), there has been a corresponding increase in the number of atheists

This is from number 4

Although the literal definition of “atheist” is “a person who does not believe in the existence of a god or any gods,” according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, 8% of those who call themselves atheists also say they believe in God or a universal spirit. Indeed, 2% say they are “absolutely certain” about the existence of God or a universal spirit. Alternatively, there are many people who fit the dictionary definition of “atheist” but do not call themselves atheists

If you cannot understand how statistics are drawn and what statistics are then stop cherry picking from the link.

There is a reason why they gave 10 "disclaimers" attached to the research and of course you being the jumbo dumbo you are cannot see it. grin

Why do you argue nonsense?

Those are not 10 disclaimers. Those are 10 findings from the research. It does not change the fact that atheists are growing

Furthermore, Pew Research Center is one of the most reliable research organisations in the world. Those things they point out are issues which they had to account for during the reasearch.

This is a normal issue whenever it comes to filling forms for religious census or research. There are always a few people who will fill contradictory stuff either because they are in-between faiths/beliefs or they are under peer/cultural pressure. THIS IS WHY THERE ARE MARGINS OF ERROR AND ALSO OTHER METHODS TO REDUCE STATISTICAL ERRORS AND RESEARCH BIAS.

I wonder how Christians think they're speaking out for God, arguing with atheists and exchanging insults with them. You cannot do the work of God on an altar of sin if not you'll appear as another boko haram who in their claim of fighting for their "God" commit atrocities of killing, stealing, raping, etc, which are themselves sin in all religions.

History of 'In God We Trust'

The motto IN GOD WE TRUST was placed on United States coins largely because of the increased religious sentiment existing during the Civil War. Secretary of the Treasury Salmon P. Chase received many appeals from devout persons throughout the country, urging that the United States recognize the Deity on United States coins. From Treasury Department records, it appears that the first such appeal came in a letter dated November 13, 1861. It was written to Secretary Chase by Rev. M. R. Watkinson, Minister of the Gospel from Ridleyville, Pennsylvania, and read:
Dear Sir: You are about to submit your annual report to the Congress respecting the affairs of the national finances.
One fact touching our currency has hitherto been seriously overlooked. I mean the recognition of the Almighty God in some form on our coins.
You are probably a Christian. What if our Republic were not shattered beyond reconstruction? Would not the antiquaries of succeeding centuries rightly reason from our past that we were a heathen nation
? What I propose is that instead of the goddess of liberty we shall have next inside the 13 stars a ring inscribed with the words PERPETUAL UNION; within the ring the allseeing eye, crowned with a halo; beneath this eye the American flag, bearing in its field stars equal to the number of the States united; in the folds of the bars the words GOD, LIBERTY, LAW.
This would make a beautiful coin, to which no possible citizen could object. This would relieve us from the ignominy of heathenism. This would place us openly under the Divine protection we have personally claimed. From my hearth I have felt our national shame in disowning God as not the least of our present national disasters.

To you first I address a subject that must be agitated.
As a result, Secretary Chase instructed James Pollock, Director of the Mint at Philadelphia, to prepare a motto, in a letter dated November 20, 1861:
Dear Sir: No nation can be strong except in the strength of God, or safe except in His defense. The trust of our people in God should be declared on our national coins.
You will cause a device to be prepared without unnecessary delay with a motto expressing in the fewest and tersest words possible this national recognition.

It was found that the Act of Congress dated January 18, 1837, prescribed the mottoes and devices that should be placed upon the coins of the United States. This meant that the mint could make no changes without the enactment of additional legislation by the Congress. In December 1863, the Director of the Mint submitted designs for new one-cent coin, two-cent coin, and three-cent coin to Secretary Chase for approval. He proposed that upon the designs either OUR COUNTRY; OUR GOD or GOD, OUR TRUST should appear as a motto on the coins. In a letter to the Mint Director on December 9, 1863, Secretary Chase stated:
I approve your mottoes, only suggesting that on that with the Washington obverse the motto should begin with the word OUR, so as to read OUR GOD AND OUR COUNTRY. And on that with the shield, it should be changed so as to read: IN GOD WE TRUST.
The Congress passed the Act of April 22, 1864. This legislation changed the composition of the one-cent coin and authorized the minting of the two-cent coin. The Mint Director was directed to develop the designs for these coins for final approval of the Secretary. IN GOD WE TRUST first appeared on the 1864 two-cent coin
.
Another Act of Congress passed on March 3, 1865. It allowed the Mint Director, with the Secretary's approval, to place the motto on all gold and silver coins that "shall admit the inscription thereon." Under the Act, the motto was placed on the gold double-eagle coin, the gold eagle coin, and the gold half-eagle coin. It was also placed on the silver dollar coin, the half-dollar coin and the quarter-dollar coin, and on the nickel three-cent coin beginning in 1866. Later, Congress passed the Coinage Act of February 12, 1873. It also said that the Secretary "may cause the motto IN GOD WE TRUST to be inscribed on such coins as shall admit of such motto."
The use of IN GOD WE TRUST has not been uninterrupted. The motto disappeared from the five-cent coin in 1883, and did not reappear until production of the Jefferson nickel began in 1938. Since 1938, all United States coins bear the inscription. Later, the motto was found missing from the new design of the double-eagle gold coin and the eagle gold coin shortly after they appeared in 1907. In response to a general demand, Congress ordered it restored, and the Act of May 18, 1908, made it mandatory on all coins upon which it had previously appeared. IN GOD WE TRUST was not mandatory on the one-cent coin and five-cent coin. It could be placed on them by the Secretary or the Mint Director with the Secretary's approval.
The motto has been in continuous use on the one-cent coin since 1909, and on the ten-cent coin since 1916. It also has appeared on all gold coins and silver dollar coins, half-dollar coins, and quarter-dollar coins struck since July 1, 1908.
A law passed by the 84th Congress (P.L. 84-140) and approved by the President on July 30, 1956, the President approved a Joint Resolution of the 84th Congress, declaring IN GOD WE TRUST the national motto of the United States. IN GOD WE TRUST was first used on paper money in 1957, when it appeared on the one-dollar silver certificate.

The Congress passed the Act of April 22, 1864

This below is the approval for paper money

A law passed by the 84th Congress (P.L. 84-140) and approved by the President on July 30, 1956, the President approved a Joint Resolution of the 84th Congress, declaring IN GOD WE TRUST the national motto of the United States. IN GOD WE TRUST was first used on paper money in 1957, when it appeared on the one-dollar silver certificate

Ode so the US treasury website is lying about the use of the slogan on coins first in 1864?

The 1956 approval was for paper money and it is even in black and white in my comment and you still didn't see it? Let me post it clearly here for you Mr certified dummy.

Congress approved for coins in 1864 while the president approved for paper money in 1956. It's English oo Mr dummy grin

As a heathen nation under THE GODDESS OF LIBERTY America fell apart but somehow the yet religious were used to restore her glory which was what prompted the change and the adoption of the motto BY GENERAL CONSENSUS!

IF E DEY PAIN YOU GO AND EAT CEMENT! grin

These days, when I'm sober, I choose to believe the person behind that moniker is a sadist who would say the most inane things just to get a rise out of atheists.

The effort and the regularity, the constant stream of befuddling logic, bundled with a rigid incapacity to appreciate new information, surely no sentient being could survive for so long.

This must be God's punishment to atheists, an irrefutable proof of his loving kindness and mercy. For without divine love, what other explanation could there be that this, this, this fuckingmoron gets to live so long?

'one corner' will come and go,
Even wizkid and Davido,
But from ages to ages,
Felixomoron will remain the same. grin

Good night.
This will serve à befitting dirge, on the day that odious moniker, dies an e-death.
