Why won't lagos be on that list

When the roads are so bad and filled with potholes

Traffic everywhere

Lastma, touts, trailers with no brake and danfo buses wouldn't allow people drive well on the road

Lagosians are trying oo

You just have to shine your eyes when driving

you never mention buses with no horn and okada bike without side mirrors and horn
