Misplaced priority, they lack basic knowledge, there core job is not to check license, they are meant to prevent accident.

Stop vehicles that are heavily over loaded

Make sure drivers are using there seat belts

Arrest drivers who flout road rules


Hmmmm...while i understand where u r coming from brother...i think the things they mentioned all fall under the " prevent Accident" section of your complaint. am sure keeping drunk divers off the road via the use of a Breathalyzer is not a bad idea and would go a long way to "preventing Accidents"
