Corruption in Nigeria starts and ends with the civil service. I hate to have anything to do with them. They are devil incarnate. They teach the politicians who have the approval authority all sorts of backdoor ways to steal and circumvent relevant laws as well as provide fake documents for the retirement of diverted/stolen funds. Nigeria is a sorry case!

And come to think of it, what are the primary duties of the House of Reps, what even are the functions of the National Assembly all together, at the rate they jump at summoning this, summoning that, very soon, they'd begin to summon the husband over a petition of the wife for a purely domestic matter.
