Are you building Airport Runway? Why not get something portable and save lots of cash.

Large houses dont rein again cause people now build for themselves not for families and extended families.

Am decking mine soon Just for me and my wife only . When my children grows up, They will build theirs..

dat long lobby without lightning will neva get approval for ur plan wit d local planing authority.....

I like your plan...... just suggesting you remove the gym/laundry wall and door to make it look like an extension of your lobby so that light and air from the utility space window will light up and circulate the lobby. have something similar but for a 4 bedroom bungalow. I even insisted my architect remove the kitchen-dinning room door so that every door leads to the lobby. love my privacy a lot.
