Note: Get your pop and smtp (ssl option) server details from your email account option on your site cpanel (the server and port details, usually the server will be pop.yoursitename.com and smtp.yoursitename.com and the port should be 496 and 993 if your using ssl) check to comfirm from your cpanel if the detais are the same first.

You will need it to setup to enable my mail to send emails.

guess you were not using it to send up to that per day .sending 500 per day is not recommended since that is the limit . also one thing that may lead to blocking is if the email address are not valid which leads to bounce mails
