Hello Naira Landers, I greet you all my good people... Please I need some help in order to make the right budget for my hostel project in Owerri which I will be starting very soon. I also need good engineers who can handle the project for me effectively. Just simply 12 bedrooms with simple finishing, One Storey Building(6 bedrooms down and 6 bedrooms up) I have already acquired one plot of land (100×50) Please I need suggestions. Thanks. |

Thanks for your response Goodson... I just need a rough estimate. Like I said I have one plot of land already. So I want to know the amount I should be looking at in making my budget. I know it might not be 100% accurate but at least I can have an idea on what to expect. |

kings38:.........15M can go far in the project but to be sincere,..estimates are done from the spaces allocated in the building,..what do I mean?...an Architectural plan of the hostel as you write in your brief will first guide you in the estimate,..then other things will fall in,...just contact me on 07061209159....through watsap,..... |
