Npower Official notice to all 2017 applicants and existing beneficiaries on issue resolution
According to the Npower team, the following order should be used by all the existing beneficiaries to resolve issues they might be experiencing;
- NPVN portal
- Npower official communication channels- social media and call center
- Npower Focal persons

Also, all the 2017 applicants are advised to use the Npower official communication channels- social media and call center to resolve any issue that is bothering them.
