After hiting some one with their vehicle and trying to escape. Two were caught and mercilessly plank by keke riders until their backup team and commandant came for their rescue. This happened at okere road, warri at about 3pm today. The delta state government should ban all this agberos on uniform of the road. Cus the harassment on vehicles and keke riders are too much. They are even worst than road safety and police. Mod please fp....
